We started working with Combro Technology at the end of 2021, since then we have seen exponential growth. Combro Technology are a refurbishment company who specialise in business-to-business sales, and were looking to branch out into the retail sector.

With that, the director approached us as experts in the fields of e-commerce and digital development, we then gave him a free consultation and the best steps going forward. We suggested a Shopify store and Google marketing to get
this off the ground.

We got to developing the Shopify store and set up the Google Ads and Analytics to see what was and what wasn’t converting. Four months later we have achieved immense success taking over 200 orders and acheiving £20,000+
revenue in 2 months, on only refurbished laptops. We are now still making improvements and increasing conversion rates little by little through the use of our details analytics and knowledge of customer journey. Now we have proved the concept, our next steps are to take the website to the next level by increasing advertisment budgets after going through the marketing strategy with a fine toothed comb.

We now continue to support Combro Technology by creating custom PHP development to ensure their stock levels remain accurate and up to date. By improving their dated stock management system, we have been able to improve conversion rates and reduce returns due to incorrect stock levels displaying on the website.

We also support Combro by providing bespoke graphic design services across email marketing campaigns and social media to ensure we constantly market new deals and secure new customers via all the main channels available online.

Another service we offer to Combro is Google advertising via Google Shopping and search campaigns. We uploaded all of their stock into Google Merchant Centre and created several optimised campaigns and have managed to achieve outstanding sales results in a short amount of time.
